Dog Boarding in Hastings, Minnesota

• Overnight Boarding $32.67 per night
• 2nd dog sharing kennel (same family) $22 per night
• Daycare $17 per day
• Pickups after 7 pm may be subject to $10 fee...ok I think I have done that 3x.

• Enough food for your dog's stay
• Any favorite blanket or bedding..keeping in mind it may get chewed...don't bring Grandma Esters quilt!
• Favorite toys or bone
  
• Anything to help your dog feel more comfortable while staying with us

• Current on distemper, rabies and kennel cough/bordetella
• Bordetella MUST be give at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to stay here.
• Proof of vaccinations required at drop off (available from your vet)
• All dogs must be treated with flea/tick preventative

 Drop off and pickup hours are by appointment, starting at 7:30 am if needed. We do not have official "hours" like most kennels.

We understand the need for flexiblity and will do our best to accomodate your busy schedules...our life is crazy too!

• Morning exercise / breakfast (7 am)
• Mid-morning exercise (10-11 am)
• Rest time (12-2)
• Afternoon outside play time (2-4)
• Out again and dinner is served! (5pm)
• Evening  outdoor exercise (7pm)
• Out again before bed (9pm)
• Treats before bedtime (9-10 pm)
• Each dog gets time individually with staff in the office, they love it!

• Our larger kennels have both a 4'x8' indoor space and a 4'x8' outdoor space. Each kennel has a raised Kuranda bed for comfort.
• Our smaller kennels have both a 3'x8' indoor space and 3'x8' outdoor space. Each kennel has a raised Kuranda bed for comfort.
• We have two exercise play areas, each are 24' x 50' and enclosed with dig-proof 6 foot privacy fencing.

We will  accommodate any special feeding needs/schedules and any medication needs with NO ADDED COST to you.

If your dog has shown agression to people in the past,we would like to meet your dog before staying with us. We suggest doing a trial run, perhaps a few hours with us to see how he/she does....we do this free of charge.  After this trial we will decide if we can accommodate him/her.  

None!  You will be given an estimate when you check in.  There is no extra cost for exercise, any feeding needs, medications or even if your dog needs a quick bath.  WE ONLY TAKE CASH OR CHECK, and you do not pay until pickup.

 Yes we do! Hastings Vet is available for us 24/7 for any emergency. They even board their personal dogs with us!

We have never turned a dog away yet!

Not at this time.  We do have a friend Joan who is trained in the kennel in case we go away..which happens rarely.  What is nice is your dogs get to know us and as a result do very well in our kennels...many that have had problems at other kennels do great here!  They get so excited when they pull in the drive..its great to see!
